Supply Chain

Logistics flows are managed from our integrated platform, which serves Europe as well as internationally.

Thanks to our ERP, production is planned while ensuring the traceability of all orders.

In addition, our ERP manages all bookings as well as the minimum stock of fabrics/supplies and thus covers the entire value chain starting from order placement to the items’ shipment.

Production

A team of specialists made up of textile engineers is accustomed to most urgent missions and strong strategic implications. 

An experienced team that receives orders from the world's most known customers, within a structure that has perfectly controlled production costs in order to position our brand among an increased competitiveness for services with high added value for its partners.

A cumulative know-how on more than 10,000 pre-established models and a production with the greatest respect for production standards.

Our capacity is between 3000 and 5000 pieces per week

The OXYGENE WORKWEAR’s products are now resistant to workwear industrial washing, in accordance with ISO 15797

Product Quality

OXYGENE WORKWEAR ensures the conformity of the product with regard to the technical files.

Quality process:

• Incoming inspections 
• Ongoing control that accompanies all operations in the production chain
• Final inspection with a total control of all pieces.
• Audit by AQL before shipment according to the customer's requirements.
